一、依法经营,诚实守信。严格依照法律法规和标准,履行经营者法定义务,维护消费者合法权益。积极遵循自愿、平等、公平、诚实信用的交易原则,不以欺诈牟利,不取不义之财。

     二、真实宣传,正确引导。对商品或服务的宣传做到客观真实,不隐瞒缺陷,不夸大功效,不作虚假、误导宣传。披露信息充分、实用,引导消费者理性选择。
Provide true and accurate information regarding all goods and services to all customers. Do not make any attempts to conceal, mislead, or falsify in dealing with customers. Provide ample information to customers so as to allow them to make informed decisions.
 
     三、合理定价,明码实价。在经营活动中清晰、明确、真实地表示价格。明折明扣,规范促销,不搞价格欺诈、虚假促销。
Set reasonable prices in line with goods’ value. In all business matters, set clear and specific prices for all goods. Do not promote false sales of goods.
 
     四、规范合同,公平交易。不利用优势地位订立不平等条款。合同文字通俗易懂,避免混淆或歧义。格式明晰醒目,方便阅读。忠实履约。公平交易、有序竞争,不以垄断或优势地位损害消费者合法利益,不以不正当经营手段破坏市场秩序。
Utilize standard contracts to promote fair dealings. Do not include unfair clauses, incorporate clear and easy-to-understand language, and avoid ambiguity. Support customers’ business ambitions, and do not employ unfair techniques.
 
     五、保证质量,消费安全。确保商品和服务质量符合标准,满足功能用途,最大限度降低商品和服务消费风险,确保安全,让消费者舒心、安心、放心。发现商品或服务缺陷,及时告知消费者,并召回相应商品,采取必要补救措施。
Ensure the quality and safety of goods. This will help to eliminate the risk of producing or selling low-quality goods. Guarantee the safety of goods in order to improve customer happiness and trust. In the event of a product defect, immediately contact the customer to fully explain the problem, get the item back, and take steps to remedy the issue.
 
     六、化解纠纷,及时公正。认真听取消费者意见和建议,及时处理消费者投诉,主动承担责任,公正解决消费争议,满足消费者合理要求。
Resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Carefully consider customers’ ideas and suggestions. Handle all customer complaints in a timely manner. Settle disputes in a fair manner so as to meet customer demands.
 
     七、尊重人格,保护隐私。平等对待消费者,不因个人身份或特征厚此薄彼。合理采集消费者个人信息,保护消费者隐私。
Respect and protect customers’ privacy, and treat all customers fairly. Do not employ favoritism or other unfair tactics in dealing with customers. Gather information in a fair and reasonable way.
 
     八、节约环保,永续发展。提供符合资源节约和环境保护原则的商品或服务,不以奢华功能或过度包装谋求企业利益,不以破坏环境和牺牲子孙后代的福利为代价。
Protect the environment and support sustainable growth through business practices. Do not add excessive functions or packaging to products in order to stay aligned with environmental protection goals. Do not make environmental sacrifices or take actions that will adversely affect future generations.
